Ratibecom Holding has been developing and harmonizing the group’s strategy since 1993 and provides all its subsidiaries with control and management tools to optimize each of its activities.
The management system adopted for the development of the group’s activities lies on principles with cardinal values whose operational excellence is ensured by its greatest asset, the number of its employees, which currently totals more than 7,000 men and women. Since its creation, the group has succeeded in coping with the changing economic demands of its time, while adapting to change, and anticipating future challenges. It has made the strategic choice of diversification by intervening in key sectors of the Moroccan economy.
Ratibecom Holding operates today through its three poles of activities, making it one of Morocco’s most dynamic holdings: Renewable Energies, Real Estate Development, and the Textile Industry.
